We have plenty of free on-site parking available.
I AM REALLY UNFIT, CAN I DO THIS?
Absolutely yes you can! Regardless of your starting point we can help you to begin your fitness journey and live a healthier lifestyle. Our coaching is very much pitched to where you are right now and tailored to you fitness levels & abilities. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get leaner, fitter and stronger over the course of the 8 weeks.
I’VE HAD INJURIES, CAN I STILL JOIN?
Yes. We specialise in working with people who have joint issues, stiffness, or past injuries.
WILL I BE IN A GROUP?
No. This is private 1:1 coaching in a calm, quiet studio.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 8 WEEKS?
It’s completely your choice. Most people continue with our ongoing membership to maintain and build on their progress. We’ll walk you through those options near the end of the programme. Or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
AM I TIED INTO A CONTRACT?
No – the payment for the 8 weeks is a one-off.
