  • This will depend on your goals and your starting point. It is highly recommended to have 2-3 sessions per week in the onset. Having more frequent sessions and increased accountability ensures a much higher retention rate, better engraining of techniques and much swifter progress. As you progress this can become less and less.

  • Again this will very much depend on your individual goals and starting point. Our aim throughout sessions is not only to progress you towards your goals but also to educate & empower you with the knowledge & understanding that you can use to sustain and further your progress.

  • Absolutely yes you can! Regardless of your starting point we can help you to begin your fitness journey and live a healthier lifestyle. Our coaching is very much pitched to where you are right now and tailored to you fitness levels & abilities.

  • Where possible we will endeavour to continue to support you during any planned absence. We can be contacted for support, guidance & accountability while you are away. We can provide check-in opportunities, nutritional information, home workouts, gym workout plans for wherever it is you will be located, live virtual sessions via Zoom, pre-recorded virtual sessions for you to follow at a time that suits, & suggested additional activity levels to maximise your results. We also have our Online Mobility Platform which can be accessed 24/7 and a variety of additional resources on our Members Only Facebook Group to help keep the ball rolling while you are away.

  • Yes you can. If at any point for whatever reason you decide that our gym isn’t for you, or you cannot continue sessions we can part ways with no hard feelings. All we require is one full calendar months notice.

  • Absolutely.

    We offer support between sessions via text, whats app, FB messenger, Instagram messenger or email. Whatever platform you prefer.

    We have a selection of recipe books & nutritional survival guides to ensure that your diet aligns with your goals.

    We have an online workout library, so we can guide you through sessions virtually at a time that suits you.

    We have an online mobility platform that our members can access 24/7, which delivers Yoga, Pilates, Mobility and Meditation to practise between our sessions.

    We also have a Private Facebook Group for all of our members. We call this group our ‘E3 Community’ and it is a private space where we post a ton of resources, educational information, guidance videos, exercise tutorials, diet advice & more; just for our clients. This is also a place that members can motivate and communicate with and each other, discuss any struggles they may be having and enjoy a non-judgemental environment that is focused on achieving!
